Printcolour Limited is the data controller for personal information processed through The Colour Group website.

2. What we collect
- Information you provide when you email, call or otherwise contact us, including your name, contact details and enquiry.
- Limited technical request information processed by our hosting service for security, reliability and delivery of the website.
- Your optional-media preference, stored locally in your browser.
- Information received by Meta when you choose to load an Instagram preview or leave our site for Instagram.
3. Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, take steps towards providing products or services, operate and secure the website, meet legal obligations and maintain appropriate business records.
Our lawful bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, legal obligation where applicable, and consent for optional Instagram content.
4. Instagram content
Instagram previews are blocked by default. If you allow them, your browser connects directly to Meta and Meta may receive information including your IP address, browser details and the page you are viewing. Meta may also use cookies or similar identifiers under its own terms.

The Colour Group does not currently deploy its own analytics or advertising pixels on this website. Use Cookie choices in the main-site footer to change your Instagram preference at any time.
6. Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, communications and business administration. Instagram content is supplied by Meta only when you consent. We do not sell personal information.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use services that apply recognised safeguards for international data transfers.
7. How long we keep information
Routine enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Information connected with an order, contract, dispute or legal obligation may be retained longer where reasonably necessary. Optional-media choices expire after six months.
8. Your rights
